Focused implementation
Turn one donor-growth priority into a working system.
The Mission Arc Donor Growth Sprint™ is a focused, 4–6 week engagement for organizations ready to move a defined donor-development priority into practice.
We agree on one priority, build the tools and process around it, and prepare your team to carry the work forward.
- Investment
- $4,500 founding rate
- Duration
- 4–6 weeks, subject to the agreed schedule and timely client input.
- Scope
- One agreed workstream for one organization; the written agreement defines the final deliverables.
Choose the priority that matters most.
Examples of possible workstreams:
Donor stewardship
Define what happens after a gift, who is responsible, and how donors hear about impact.
Donor re-engagement
Organize a focused approach to reconnecting with a defined group of past supporters.
Cultivation planning
Establish a practical process for tracking and advancing a selected group of donor relationships.
Donor communications
Build a targeted communications sequence connected to a specific fundraising objective.
These are alternatives, not four workstreams included in one package. Your team continues to own donor relationships and make direct solicitations unless separately agreed.
What the Sprint includes
- One kickoff and scope-confirmation session.
- Review of existing materials relevant to the selected priority.
- One workstream plan with milestones, responsibilities, and measures of progress.
- A working process or tracker suited to your current tools.
- Up to three reusable communication templates relevant to the chosen workstream.
- Two working sessions to review progress and resolve decisions.
- One consolidated revision round on the agreed deliverables.
- One handoff session and a written next-steps plan.
What the weeks look like
Define
Confirm the objective, audience, available information, and measures of progress.
Build
Develop the agreed process, tracker, and communication tools.
Refine
Review the materials with your designated decision-maker and make the agreed revisions.
Handoff
Clarify ownership and prepare your team to use and maintain the system.
A good fit requires someone to own the work.
Your organization should have a designated lead, access to the relevant information, and capacity to make decisions and act between sessions. If the priority is still unclear, the Fundraising Readiness Assessment is usually a better starting point.
Questions about the Sprint
Do we have to complete the assessment first?
Not always. If your priority and readiness are sufficiently clear, we can scope a Sprint directly. We may recommend an assessment when the underlying need is uncertain.
Is this full-service fundraising management?
No. The Sprint focuses on one agreed workstream. Daily donor management, broad campaign management, CRM migration, website development, event production, and grant writing are not included unless separately scoped.
Will Mission Arc contact donors for us?
Direct donor outreach and solicitation are not included in the standard Sprint. We equip your team with a clearer process and usable tools.
Does the founding rate have an expiration date?
The current published founding rate is $4,500. Your written proposal confirms the applicable fee and scope. No deadline or limited-slot claim is being made on this page.
What result should we expect?
A working process and agreed deliverables for your selected priority. Gift decisions, revenue results, and donor responses cannot be guaranteed.
